We’ll start by examining the reason why your relationship to food is as important as what you’re eating. This module covers your relationship to food, how to deal with the challenges brought on by weight, the cycle of food addiction and how to free yourself from it.

The second module will teach you the building blocks of nutrition. You will learn which foods are constructive and which are destructive. It will also give you the tools you need to effectively win the fight against food temptation.
